What a bloody dilemma! I don't know what to say to you mate, but I think perhaps what you should do is weigh up how much adhesion pain interfered with your life previously, and then consider how the nausea affects you now..... do you REALLY want to risk more adhesions?
Jim, *sigh* you know the truth of this is that only you can make the final decision, listen to your body, speak to the surgeons who helped you recover from adhesions previously & then, only then can you make a decision.
We will be here for you Jim, no matter what you decide on. Does nasea medication have long term side affects on our bodies? Do they damage our organs, sorry just some other questions that popped into my head. I must say I am glad to hear you say that you are still pain free..... yes you give us hope, thanks Jim.
