I don't take ANY laxatives at all. I just eat alot of fiber, drink at least a gallon of water, use metamucil and other fiber drinks and eat normal meals. I try to avoid cheese but do eat it occasionally. Laxatives made things much worse for me so I stopped using those. They didn't work anyway!
I'm now considering colon hydrotherapy. Found some info on the web last night and there's a place in my town that does them. Now if only I can find a way to make insurance pay for it, I believe it would work great. Flush my colon completely and start fresh LOL Anything to avoid more tests and surgery. Gina
