Good questions Donna. Exercise some it helps and most it makes us worse.Do they get worse,sometimes. I do know that they get thicker and stronger. But I doubt that you will get anymore than you already have. Helen, do I have tha right? Helen will send you lots of sites to study when your new on the forum. Study those and it will help you understand more. And get rid of that DOCTOR. womens surgery group can help you find a new doc that understands. Glad your her, jaynie
