Paula,
I traveled from Ohio to New Orleans in June & October of 98. I would go back
down there for treatment if I could afford it. I highly recommend Dr. Cook.
He is the first doctor that really listened to me and my pain. The staff is
wonderful !! Just be prepared for a complete overhaul of tests before any
