Dear Karla B The symptons you describe are exactly me and it is terrible at this moment I thought I would answer this as I think I will be in Hospital again by breakfast time.It is now 6.30a.m. on Saturday.I have another small bowel obstructioin Im sure. This is the second one this month.I have not been to sleep last night because of the pain. The morphine is not touching it and I have been vomiting.Dont you get sick and tired of people asking you when is it due.I now say "not long" as it is easier than trying to say anything more. The weather here is always fantastic. It is always between 15degreesC and 27 degrees C.Our summer is from 1st November to the 1st March. In December and January we can often get days with 100% humidity and they are awful. You feel like you have come out of the shower and not wiped yourself dry.Our winters never get really cold as a matter of fact last winter to go out at night only required a cardigan.WE only have a cotton blanket on our bed for winter except for maybe a couple of weeks where you start off with a doona but you have to throw it off later. It rains a lot in summer but even then you can stand in it and not get cold.At the moment there is a few cyclones around but where I live we dont get many bad ones.I live about 20 kilometres form the capital of Queensland, Brisbane and only 20 kilometres from the fabulous Gold Coast.I e-mailed Dr Reich last week and he e-mailed me back asking ehere I lived so that he can recommend a specialist close to me that I could see and then he would get the information from them to see whether they can help me or if i should go to U.S.A. to see him.I was thrilled because I thought a busy man like him would not even answer let alone be interested.I am waiting for a reply at the moment. If I dont answer anything else for a few days then you know that I am in hospital.
