recovering from laparoscopy to repair adhesions on bowel

HAD 5TH LAPAROSCOPY IN 3 YEARS LAST WEEK. THIS TIME TO GET RID OF
ADHESIONS ON BOWEL. DR. SAID BOWEL WAS STUCK TO ABDOMINAL WALL AND
VAGINA. I HAD A LAPAROSCOPIC HYSTERECTOMY WITH REMOVAL OF ONE OVARY
LAST YEAR FOR ENDOMETRIOSIS.
CAN ANYONE GIVE ME ADVISE WHO HAS HAD BOWEL ADHESIONS TOO? I felt great
the day after surgery, probably because I didn't have anything to eat
for 24 hours! As soon as I started eating again the pain came back(left
lower quadrant pain). Has this happened to anyone else? and will it go
away? I am hoping this is temporary. I always felt better in the past
after a laparoscopy.
