MSM has a toxicity level almost equivelent to water. Remember James Coburn, the actor. He said the use of MSM gave him back his life due to arthritus. Correct me if I am wrong. MSM has been recommended to me for adhesions( my wife).

I can't get her to use it though.

I posted my personal results with it previously. It worked for me for altogether different reasons.
