What can I do to prevent adhesions after a hysterectomy?

I am 11 days post-op from having a hysterectomy. I'm concerned about
developing adhesions, and I was just wondering if there was anything "I"
could do to prevent them from forming. I've tried to follow doctor's
order to the "T". Does anyone else have any more specific suggestions
for things I should be doing?
(Vitamins to take, not sitting for too long, etc.)
