Sherry, I just turned 42 yesterday, we are way too young to have had so many surgeries and these kind of problems with our bodies. I will also keep you close in heart and lift you up to the Lord in prayer. Praying and faith has been my only relief. I have days where I am just frozen with pain and cannot do what I need to do. I too sympathize with you totally in what you feel. I am trying to make myself exercise MORE when I am having better days, my theory is that if I keep moving, maybe these stuck areas will tear apart. I also have read that when you keep moving your digestive system works better. I know this sounds almost impossible but we HAVE to try. You are in my thoughts and prayers... Natalie
