My husband took me to an urgent care facility last night. The pain I am
experiencing is similar to when I have had partial bowel obstructions.
My heart is racing, I am extremely fatigued, no appetite, major pain
esp. on the right side of my back and a fever. I carried a fever for 1
year before my last surgery. Does anyone carry a fever when they are
having bad adhesion pain? The physician I saw last night gave me a pain
injection and phenergan. He said that fever usually indicates infection
and if I didn't feel better to come back today for blood work and
x-rays. I have an appointment with my surgeon tomorrow and I know he
will do bloodwork then. I am not vomiting and only slightly nauseated.
