Renee,

I would call them and talk with them....I received a bill one time...made a phone call and told them that I thought they could not charge for records if they were being used to seek continued care....I was told they couldn't and that I did not have to pay for them. I would do some checking and tell them you arne't going to pay...you already paid for the services to the doctor you are entitled to a copy of his report.
