Tracie, I watched my wife Pam go through this for many years and the main word of advice I can offer is sleep when ever possible, even if it is short spurts during the day if you are able. Pam's best moments before her surgery were after a good sleep, the hard part is not going to far then and wearing yourself completely out. Just take small steps after a good rest. It is such a draining problem on your whole body, dealing with this pain. If you wish, there is a way or 2 to possibly rid yourself of this pain. Let us know if you desire further information on the aspects of surgical intervention. It can be overwhelming thinking about this again, but if so, just shout. Pam today is still pain free after 14 previous, unsuccessful surgeries. There is hope, Bev just returned from Germany after seeing first hand another truly skilled surgeon that does understand adhesions as do the Drs. in Scranton, PA. Hang in there, you are not alone with this.
