Dr. Cook is relocating his practice to the San Francisco Bay Area. For information on how and why Dr. Cook is moving click here

Dr. Cook and Dr. Deborah Metzger, Ph.D, M.D. have merged their practices to form a partnership as Helena Women's Health.

Debbie Fincher has been hired on as Helena's Internet Patient Coordinator. Debbie will also help with Dr. Cook's transition to California. Any of Dr. Cook's current patients or patients that are interested in coming to see Dr. Cook can contact him by calling Debbie Fincher directly at 559-434-0524.

Dr. Cook will officially be in the office in California September 1, 2000.
