Chrissie: Yes, that is who I am asking about! I guess! I also saw in
another post a physician in Allentown, PA, which would be a 5 hr. trip,
but worth it! Do you have information?? I was going to see Dr. Cook in
California, but I would need hotel and plane fare, this way, I would
just get away with plane fare. Thanks...Connie
