Connie I thought these "microlaparoscopes " inabled the doctor to do and see everything much easier because of the magnafication. And the whole reason people with adhesions would want a doc that used that procedure was to reduce adhesions. Have you ever had a laparectomy ? They are no fun ! And a lot more chance f reaccurring adhesions. I don't know how much studing you have done on the subject but I suggest you read all you can, read on all the links and doctors. I think Riech does all his surgery with a lap. I don't know about those two either. I got a bad review from someone just today. Last March I was ready to go there and now my poor husband is really excited bout Dr Cook. I know I just have a bad attitude about DOCTORS They have lied to me to many times. Be cautious. Thanks Jaynie
