Dear Lynne,
Tomorrow you will be taking a flight to Germany for your upcoming surgery
with Dr. Matthias Korell of Duisburg, Germany. Before you leave, I want you
to know that I have decided to have Dr. Korell as my surgeon too!! My
husband and I will be taking a flight to Germany on November 2nd - along
with Bev and others. We will be able to meet each other - before you return
to your home in Northern Ireland. My surgery will be done during the week
of November 6th.
Dr. Korell is known to be one of the best adhesions specialists in the
world!! In addition to having an adhesiolysis procedure done by a very
experienced surgeon, we will benefit from the use of Intergel, a gel
adhesion barrier, as well as a second look laparoscopy. Knowledge of this
has encouraged me to have complete faith and trust that Dr. Korell will do
his very best to help me, you and any others who seek his help!
