Hello, I am not sure who I am typing this to and I am sorry for that. I have had several problems pertainting to my abdomen and I am starting to think I have a severe lazy bowel. I am still reaserching this via internet.It would be greatly appreciated if you still have that grueling retraining program and if you could possibly e-mail me with it.
