Hi Mary,
My pain too felt like my excruciating period pain and still does even after
my TAH I had 4 years ago. You said that you have been diagnosed with
adhesions. Has your doctor given you the next step yet? And don't you worry
about if your pain is less than others or you haven't gone through things
that others have been through. You have pain, and all of here will help you
to the best of our ability. You are not alone.
