I asked Kath in UK about this, but she may not know the answer!

After reading through your archives, my dearest wish right now is to get my 'adhesions' properly detected by a lap. My chiro's 'hands on manipulation' treatment on my abdomen has aggravated what feels like a trapped nerve and six weeks on I can hardly move or walk! Is it dangerous to push for one in the UK with non-adhesion specialists? I've read that any form of invasive surgery could make me worse. I went to a new GP, who says I'll only get one if a 'bowel' specialist she's sending me to see will agree to refer me anyway! (we decided on that as opposed to a gyno as I don't have bad periods, and my chiro said my bowel is involved). Or, should I forget the UK medics and start corresponding with Dr Korell's people to be on the safe side for a) diagnosis with lap then b) surgery depending on the outcome of the lap? Advice would be appreciated.

Regards
