making pain worse by exercise

I know if I stretch my ab and back muscles around the source of my pain (plus pull back right leg!) in certain directions I aggravate what feels like trapped nerves and spasms, tingling and burning all increases. This happens the next morning if not immediately after. If I simply press the wrong area, I get a reaction. This has got worse over time.
