this is nanc and i have told you i found a new doctor leaving my 17 year
relationship with mine after he has done nothing but tell me i should keep
taking my paxil so i do not commit suicide from the pain. thats all he can do
for me and he would see me in 6 months as my fibromyalgia and ibs will never
get better... so after almost 4 years of this and a gallbladder removal and
hernia of the belly and severe dense adhesions i am worse than ever and he
does nothing ... anyway i found a new internal specialist and an osteopath
doctor that is new in manchester nh... i do not see him untill jan 5 and i am
a bit sceptical to no what i should tell him about tests or my past with my
old doctor.. they want my records from him but i no he has written such
things as nancy needs to learn how to live with this condition... nothing
more can be done.. we have done all necessary tests... etc etc.. i saw that
with my own eyes as i am the nosy one when i sit for hours and i go out in
the hall and grab my chart and read wht this compassionate doctor has had to
say aabout me.. i have been caught in the past reading .. and he the doctor
said what are you doing... i said i am reading what my health history reveals
about me.. it is my medical record and i have th right to read it.. he said
nothing and continured to do nothing for me dispite my complaint of pain..
any way as i ramble on... should i get my old records for this new doctor or
should i let this new doctor make assumptions on his own..??? i am confused
and i want some input here.... i think that a new look without another
doctors frustrations would be a good thing for me... what do any of you think
anyway... please let me no and be honest ok... as i no you all are...
.. talk to you all soon and have a great happy new year .. .and most of all a
healthy one.. nanc in new hampshire
