Adhesion surgery/colostomy

Hi, is there anybody out there that has had a colostomy due to adhesions? I had surgery in June 2000, ended up with colostomy. I go back to the Dr. this month to talk about reversal, but I'm really scared I may have more adhesions. Can anybody relate? Thanks Judy H
