I also made a boo boo with my meds before my surgery with Dr Korell. I was taking equagesic tablets. They contain asprin, which can make you bleed. My surgery ended up being postponed for a week because of it. The Dr didn't want to operate with the possibility that I would have excessive bleeding since we now know that blood can cause scar tissue. Make sure you know your meds & make sure the dr knows what meds you are on in plenty of time in case you shouldn't take them prior to surgery.
