I have had PT before. Both different kinds. Both gave me more
mobility, but didn't do anything to help my pain. When ever the PT did
the massage thing to help "break up" my adhesions, it did hurt. In the
long run, it cost alot to go through it. I really didnt think that it
was worth it. For a while after I was out of PT, I went to a gym & did
all the excercises I did in PT & walked on the treadmill 20 mins a day.
I did it until my pain was so bad I couldnt do it any more, & the gym
was much less than PT. In this situation, I think you have to listen to
your own body & finances to decide what is right for you.
Good luck,
Robin
