obstructions

I am wondering if anyone has heard of a Gastric Outlet Obstruction? I
have adhesions from a previous surgery, and am scheduled for another
surgery soon, but in the meantime I have had this awful pain in my lower
right quadrant. almost where my appendix is. I was just told that on a
CT scan with contrast I had Friday night, they can't rule out a Gastric
Outlet Obstruction. And that they were telling me there is a "gray"
area also where my appendix is concerned. I anyone has heard of this
please let me know where I might find some useful information on this.
I am going for an upper G.I. in the morning and seeing my PCP on
Wednesday and will be taking the report and the films with me from the
CT Scan. But I can't wait that long to know what I may have in store
for me.
