Hello to all, I have been on several antidepressants. The current on is Serzone...it has very little, if any sexual side effects for me. Previously, Celexa and Prozac were the worst for sexual side effects. Wellbutrin made be very nervous and jittery and I cried if you smiled at me! Like all meds, different people react differently to them. So far Serzone is Ok as far as sexual side effects go, but Prozac helped my spirits the best, also helped my period pain and PMS. Just thought I'd share...good luck to all. Karen
