When do you know personally...

Hi everyone,

This may sound really stupid, but when do you know personally that you have a bowel obstruction? I believe I have had partial obstructions in the past that take car of themselves, but never a complete obstruction. I have had adhesions in 3 past surgeries around the colon and rectum. I had a colonoscopy in December. Would that show if there were adhesions around the rectum or colon then? Does it show a narrowing on the test? Just wondering. I am getting concerned that I may have one. I am not feeling real well at all either. I am going to the doctor in the morning. I just wanted to see how you felt when you had it, and what your symptoms were.

Thanks and bear hugs to all! Jenny
