Medicare/Medicaid...HCFA...SSA...Did any of these cause you problems in accessing medical care?

There is a group promoting patient access to medical technology, etc. They
are intersted in getting case examples of how patients have had difficulty
in accessing medical treatment and medical technology...as a result of
problems they have had with Medicare/Medicaid, Health Care Financing
Administration (HCFA) or the Social Security Administration ( SSA ).
Has this happened to you? If so, I would really appreciate it if you would
let me know about your experience. Please write a brief message telling how
the above have affected your access to medical care.
For example, I had this happen to me because of Medicare rules and
regulations. I will be posting my experience separately.
