Thank you for your letter. I have Blue Shield Preferred Insurance for which we pay a small fortune, but the Penn. doctors do not take it. When I called their office I was so disappointed, but I also realize that I had built up an emotional expectation that finally someone would help me. They were just clerks doing their job.
