When I spoke to Karen yesterday at 5:30 pm I asked her the same question, and she said she didn't know why they were still keeping her as she was doing fine and there were no complications that she knew of. She didn't know if they were going to be releasing her last night or not as the doctors hadn't been in to see her yet and she didn't know if she was going to be able to go back to the hotel last night or not. I haven't heard from her today, and we were out most of the evening or I would have called her to see what was up and how she was doing.
I know that I had a four hour surgery and I was out the same day, but I pretty much demanded "LET ME OUT OF HERE." I don't like spending the night in hospitals.
As soon as I hear anything I'll let everyone know.
