I was very surprised to hear of others having this problem with numbness and
tingling in the left side. I started having this problem about 2 months ago,and
it is slowly getting worse. My hand and arm doesn't actually get so numb that i
can't use it, but it is tingly and a very scary feeling. i told my pcp about it
and he did an EKG right away. No heart problem, so i guess that was all he was
concerned about, as it wasn't mentioned again.
I just had a second surgeon turn me down; over the phone! At least this one
didn't have me come to his office. The one before him took 5 minutes to tell me
he couldn't do anything and then charged my insurance who knows how much. My co-pay
was $45.00. Sweet, huh! So frustrating. Got an appt. with another doc who
specilizes in pelvic adhesion pain (?)at the end of April. That is the soonest
I could get in. I am just abut at my wits end, just like so many of you.
