Dear Jo,

I got a case of nerves right before my surgery March 15...even started shaking one day. I think that after all that you have been through that the feelings you are experiencing are to be expected, and very understandable!

I had to trust my intuitions and the research I had done though. I had to have surgery, and I had total confidence in the surgeons I had chosen, both because of my correspondense with them, and with some of their former ARD patients they'd helped with success...I think this is very important! If you don't feel "right" about your surgery, trust yourself and your feelings.

Hang in there Jo, feel free to e-mail me directly anytime, I'll be thinking of you and sending big hugs your way.

Love,

Janet
