Hi karen after my adhesyiolysis in 98 i took things real easy, and found that i had 18months relatively pain free(not totally) but bearable. Then BANG, back with avengence it came.since then I have found no-one willing to touch me surgically so i feel i am at a dead end.

I agree, I wonder if doing more so soon after surgery brings about adhesions any quicker. I tried to take it slow this time, but I usually let the best get to me...and am up and about before I know it, when I know I shouldn't be.
