Karla, I am on only 1800 a day of the Neurontin. I also take Ultram, Volteran and Robaxin and Amytriptenlene at night. We are all regular walking drug stores. The Pain Doc said that I could increase the Neurontin. I am starting to feel light-headed again from one of these. Not sure which one. It seems like the Pain Management Doctors are not afraid to increase meds when the pain is there. Kel
