Jackie, I too had the urge to urinate when lying down for six months before my last surgery. I took Ambien to sleep, because the Docs didn't know what else to do. They found adhesions stuck to my bladder during the surgery. That was two under two years ago. No I am starting to have the same problem again along with abdominal pain. What does Amitrypatiline do for you? Mara msides@pcsun.com

Hi everybody, Just in my own personal experience, YES !!! ADHESIONS DO CAUSE STRESS INCONTINENCE,URGE INCONTINENCE. But it took along time for dr's,medics to agree, though I dont know why, as it was ME who was suffering not, them.I also suffered severe bladder spasms, this was helped by taking Amitryptaline tablets.
