Are you receiving TOO MUCH MAIL from the MESSAGE BOARD???
When you are "Subscribed" to adhesions@adhesions.org -- You will receive each and every message posted on the Message Board...one at a time. If you DO NOT want to receive messages this way, go to the above website and click: " Unsubscribe."
BUT you say, "I have NEVER "Subscribed" to the Message Board!"
UNFORTUNATELY, if you entered YOUR STORY on the ADHESIONS QUILT, YOU inadvertantly DID SUBSCRIBE!!
When you filled in the ADHESIONS QUILT FORM: DID YOU carefully read the information to the right side of the BOX??

UNTIL VERY RECENTLY...the BOX WAS ALREADY CHECKED!! If you DID NOT UNCHECK the BOX, then you were automatically "Subscribed" to adhesions@adhesions.org ........THIS EVEN HAPPENED TO ME!!
Very recently I requested that THIS BOX BE UNCHECKED. THIS BOX HAS BEEN UNCHECKED!! NOW "Subscribing" to adhesions@adhesions.org is an option for you...as it was meant to be!!
