Dear All Loathe as I am to interfere with the message board, please allow me a moment of your time to clarify some things that some people have written to me privately about. The message below is typical of many that have appeared on the board.

Some people feel that the IAS is nothing more than an advertsiing campaign for Drs. Reich, Redan, Korrell and others. It is not. They they are all fine docotrs with great compassion for their patients, especially ARD patients. A number of our members have received good outcomes with them and we certainly recommend that anyone seeking help with ARD speak to a number of doctors before choosing one. They should certainly consider these docotrs, but as part of a wider list.

Of course some people, wishing to share their good fortune with others happily discuss their experiences, and we want to continue this. But please remember that there are other good doctors who deal with adhesions. Unfortunately none of them can guarantee success and Drs. Reich, Redan and Korrell I know will be among the first to say that.

I would encourage all of you to continue looking locally for good doctors who ably and compassionatley terat ARD patients. Please let me know who they are so I can share this information with others. I am particualy interested to hear about surgeons outside the USA - America does not not have the monopoly on adhesion doctors. Also feel free to email me if you would like some names of doctors in your area to contact. I cannot guarantee succes with them, but my list is based on the recommendations of others.

Thank you for your time and support of the IAS Sincerely David Wiseman
