For the record my name is Joanne, most people call me Jo, girls between the ages of 5 & 7yrs call me Wally .....which is short for Wallamara. Wallamara is my Guide Leader name (girl scouts in the States :-) It is an Aboriginal word which means caring leader/mother.
I used Wally when I first started posting on the board until I lost my shyness & "came out of the closet"! LOL I guess I still use it because when I was just signing off as Jo....peoples didn't know who I was! :-(
So I answer to either.....particularly Wally when down the main street of Bathurst most afternoons once school has finished :-)
Shane (my husband) calls me Jo......if he calls me Joanne I KNOW I'm in trouble! LOL I love peanust bladder....yeah! I can relate to that...it's about the same size as mine too!
Best of luck with organising your surgery Sally, I know you have hung off for a very long time.
Love, hugs & cheers, Jo :-)
