Dear Dawn, a medal for you for going to work. I know we probably should be
advising you to stay in bed because bleeding excessively can be serious as you
know. But the old stereotype of being lazy or unmotivated is so, so wrong.
Sometimes, I hate my bed. I feel like I'm glued there and the back of my head
is stuck and I'll get stupider and stupider. I do get up and work, though. I,
too, have no option. Your old doctors seem like extremely insensitive clods,
