Dear Jo, I'm so sorry that life did not give you an instant miracle (hard to come by in my experience), but it sounds like there is some good news to celebrate. You are better, even with the other problems. So for that I'm happy. I tend to have a rigid, big and hard tummy all the time. Don't know why. What is a Wheat Pack? Take care my Aussie friend, Love, Sally (in high pain and distress but with great hopes)
