As a trainer/technical writer I have A BAD HABIT of correcting other people's spelling! So far I have restrained myself on this board but it has not been easy.
Lord knows we all have other things to worry about than spelling! I just edit as I read and giggle at some of the fun ways people spell something. The idea gets across so I guess it definitely counts as communication! Of course, I never have to use spell check or grammer check ;-), oh no, no, not ME!
