She just sat on it and "naturally" didn't fit between the arm-rests so she kept bouncing to try to get in it and after that it kept creeping down when I sat on it. I would have to bed forward to get the lever to pull it back up and one day it toppled over with me underneath it!! It is an expensive big high-backed chair so it put me in a hunched-over ball-position.
I do have a hip-replacement so there are strict limits on how far you can safely bend and falls are a high-risk in itself, and I did both no-nos at the same time!! JEAN
