I beleive that she just has the picture enlarged and then it's transferred to an iron on then she just irons it onto the piece of cloth. She has made beautiful quilts of like the whole family tree with like her grandmom in the middle then showing the ladders of the family tree. They are beautiful. I will have to ask her exactly how she has this done.
