Sorry to hear you are in so much pain and having such a hard time, I wish you only the best. You will be staying at the Clarion Suites Hotel in Scranton, it's very nice...and the hospital is almost down the street you can see it, but you have drive around a few streets to get there, if you can fly into Scranton you should, I am not sure. I live in Virginia and drove the 41/2 drive to get there. Rough ride home, but hubby treated me like a queen all the way home. Philadelphia is about a two hour drive from what I hear, and I am not sure about Pittsburgh, I hope this helps. Get out your trusty map and check it out.........pain free days ahead to you. I had my surgery on March 22. The doctor's were great and so was all the staff at the hotel and hospital. Please get well soon from your hospital stay.
