If you can afford it, buy a copy of the Physicians Desk Reference.It's great and
looks good when you go to the doctor's with it. You can also learn an incredible
amount. I've read so much of it, plus its great for putting you too sleep, except
its too heavy to let rest on your stomach. Love, Sallly Also, try not to take
tylenol. It's really bad for your liver long term.
