I didn't see your name anywhere...also don't have anything to offer in the way of advice. But I did want to let you know there are many of us in the same boat you are in. It's not fun, but there is a lot of knowledge, wisdom and support here -- shoulders to cry on and people who really care. Off-beat humor here and there as well. :)
If you read the quilt, you will see lots of stuff there -- some of which may help you. I am still trying to get through it all, yet have learned volumes from what I've read to this point. The most important thing I've learned, and it always makes me cry to think about it, is You Are Not Alone. I don't want for you or anyone else to suffer from adhesions and ARD, but there is nothing like talking to people who really understand.
