I'm sorry you are feeling so awful. If you aren't getting any answers from your current doctor, maybe you should get a second opinion? Having a good doctor - one who listens well and can propose options -- is essential.
Adhesions can cause inflammation but I don't have a clue about the numbers from bloodwork. My regular doctor placed me on Vioxx, a NSAID, for pain and inflammation from my adhesions. It helped take the edge off, and you only have to take a dose every 24 hours. Vitamin C is a good natural anti-inflammatory too -- the Ester-C is the easiest for the body to use.
