Dear Members,
I have gone to the same adhesions specialists
twice now in the past year, and am worse than ever.
I just got back from appt. with a reconstructive
surgeon. These doctors who performed the adhesions
lysis suggested that I have my abdominal muscles
re-attached by a reconstructive surgeon when I was no better after their
second attempt. I had had kidney and gall-bladder surgeries which
caused a bulge to form in the
lower right abdomen, which they were unable to address.
But in good faith I believed that the lysis of the adhesions would help
with the pain. The surgeon I saw today told me that the pain I am
having is from ADHESIONS and that re- attaching my abdominal muscles
would not help ease the pain. Needless to say, I am pretty upset, and
totally clueless now as to what to do.
My question to you all is: Have any of you ever had
successful adhesions surgery that did not return. If
so, I would really appreciate knowing who you went to and
how I might contact them.
Thank you so much for any guidance you can give me.
