Hi Toni, welcome back! I live on soups eggs soft stuff i really have to watch what I eat and if I eat to much OMG i feel like shooting myself and putting me out of my misery!! I'v lost tons of weight yikes!! Just letting you know i'm in the same perdicament almost end up in th ER 2 days ago hang in there I'll be praying for you! Love Colette
