Dear joanne, I'm going to be in the same situation as you because I've been on medications for years. Please let me know what you find out. My surgery is 6/28 with Penn. doctors, but I would imagine that it still hurts a lot after surgery. Are you supposed to stop taking medications even if you're in pain? Love, Sally Grigg
